Prices are a proposed business model, excluding VAT. CZK 190,000 includes the complete fridge, RFID technology, door control and payment terminal. Transport, on-site installation and custom integrations are quoted per project. The offer confirms the exact delivery scope and supported functions.

RFID labels: type and price depend on packaging, volume and reading tests. The calculator below assumes CZK 3 per item. Liquids and metal packaging may need a different label design.

Adjust costs and initial investment

Use the same VAT basis for all inputs. Gross margin is the share remaining after the purchase cost of food. Include labour, transport, spoiled stock and rent in the relevant expenses.

How the calculation works

Revenue = purchases per day × sales days × average basket. Contribution = revenue × margin − payment fees − labels used − replenishment − software − other costs. Simple payback = initial investment / positive monthly contribution. The calculation excludes income tax, financing and the sales ramp-up. Replace assumptions with pilot results.

What does the complete fridge price include?

The indicative CZK 190,000 includes the fridge, internal RFID, door control and payment terminal. Software is billed monthly. Transport, installation, payment services and custom integrations are specified per project.

Does the monthly price include food replenishment?

No. We supply the complete fridge and software. Food, replenishment, cleaning and operational servicing are managed by the operator or their partner.

How do we determine realistic payback?

The key inputs are sales at the location, actual margin and replenishment costs. The pilot also checks labels, losses, payment costs and staff time. The calculator shows how these inputs relate.
