RFID regularly checks the closed fridge and confirms the state after every purchase and replenishment. See each item, its batch, expiry date and movement history.
Once batches and dates are assigned at intake, you can identify items approaching expiry. An RFID label alone does not know a use-by date.
Compare popular products, sales times and stock turnover. Adjust the assortment to actual demand.
Controlled door access, a separate service mode and session history improve oversight of goods. RFID provides evidence for investigating differences; it does not replace physical security.
